Privacy notice

The exchange runs on very little of your data, and this notice says exactly what, why, and how to have it deleted. It is a working draft pending final legal review before launch.

Draft under review. This document is a template for the AI Expert Exchange launch and is subject to legal review. For questions, email [email protected].

Who we are

AI Expert Exchange is a BetterWrk brand operated by Upraxis Americas Inc, a Wyoming statutory close corporation at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 — the data controller for information collected through this website.

What we collect, and why

  • Application form data. What you tell us when you apply to register — name, email, specialisation, links to past work and deliverables. Used to evaluate your application, which is reviewed personally.
  • Correspondence. Emails you send us and our replies — used to answer you, run the verification conversation, and operate your membership once registered.
  • Operating data. Once you are a registered expert, the details needed to run the exchange: matching preferences, capacity, and the engagement records that fee settlement depends on.
  • Basic server logs and analytics events. Standard hosting logs, plus first-party analytics events that carry no personal data — page paths and interactions only.

What we never do

  • We never sell your personal data, and there are no third-party advertising trackers on this site.
  • We never publish your application, your client list or your deliverables without your written agreement.
  • We never put personal data into analytics events.

Sharing

Sharing is limited to what operating the service requires. When you register as an expert, we provision your ProcessScout Practice workspace, which means passing your name and email to ProcessScout (also a product of Upraxis Americas Inc, governed by its own terms and privacy notice). Beyond that, we use a small number of vetted providers — hosting and email delivery — under appropriate terms. When we introduce you to a client, we share only what the introduction needs, and only once both sides have agreed to it.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within a reasonable period. You can request deletion of your application or your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]; records tied to fee settlement may need to be retained for the legally required period.

Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to certain processing. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
