A list of the evidence.
Every source examined — recordings, exports, walkthroughs, documents — is listed, and every finding is labelled High, Medium or Low confidence. Labels, never scores, because fake precision is its own kind of lie.

Two documents run everything here: the written report a client gets, and the job card you get before accepting an introduction. Every sample on this page is an example, with details changed — we'd rather show you the real thing than borrowed logos.
Every sample on this page is an example — none is a real client result
What the client gets
Every introduction starts with a client's report — the fixed result of the $1,500 ProcessScout assessment. Sarah, ProcessScout's intake assistant (an AI, not a person), collects the evidence; a named analyst signs the written report — ProcessScout calls it a Trail Map — delivered in five business days once the evidence is in. The $1,500 counts toward a bigger ProcessScout project signed within 30 days.
Both samples are published by ProcessScout with details changed. Examples, not real client results.

Where hours and money leak into manual work, measured from the evidence — with each figure labelled, so the client knows what's measured and what's estimated.
Not a wish list — three concrete jobs, each with measured starting numbers and a budget range, ranked by likely payback. This is the section that creates introductions.
The things the client should not automate yet, and why. An honest report has to be able to say “don't” — this is where it does.
One named first move, then a step-by-step 90-day plan — so the report ends in action, not in a filing cabinet.
A named analyst signs the report, and checks at 30 and 90 days record what actually happened — which is why every job we send comes with numbers you can be held to, fairly.
What you get
Before you accept an introduction, you see the job card: what to build, the measured pain, the priority, the budget range, and exactly what you'd keep after our 10%. No blind bidding, no “DM for details”.
You quote inside the budget range, contract directly with the client, and can say no to any introduction, no penalty. The client never sees our fee — we charge you, with terms fixed in writing before your first project.
The honest bits
We're new. No project has run long enough to publish honestly, and we won't fake it. We could fill this page with stock photos and adjectives — most marketplaces do. Instead, here's exactly what the documents look like.
So here's what proof looks like right now, plainly labelled:
If that honesty reads as weakness, this probably isn't for you. We think it's the whole point.
No case study is live yet. This is the format we'll hold ourselves to — it's not a result.
The method
None of the above runs on good intentions. ProcessScout's method enforces it: every finding traces to a source, confidence is labelled High, Medium or Low — never a score — and a named human analyst signs every report before it ships.
That rule is the spine of the whole system — Sarah collects the evidence; a human analyst makes the call. We hold experts to the same discipline. Read how we vet experts.
