Referrals

Refer a business. Earn $300.

Know a business that needs help? Refer them to the $1,500 assessment. When they pay, you get $300. And the report goes to a client you already know — so if the work fits you, you can take that too.

The steps

How a referral works.

Four steps from introduction to money in.

01 · Introduce

A warm intro, with consent

You connect a business you know — with their agreement, never behind their back. No uploading contact lists.

02 · Assess

They buy the assessment

The client pays $1,500 and talks with Sarah, ProcessScout's intake assistant. You stay in the room as much or as little as you want.

03 · Report

The report lands

In five business days, a written report signed by a named analyst goes to your client — and you're the obvious person to discuss it with.

04 · Earn

$300, when they pay

You get $300 when the client pays. If the report names work that fits you, you can take the project too — the two are separate, and they stack.

The numbers

Three numbers. Nothing hiding behind them.

The share, the dollars, and what it costs your client — which is nothing.

20%Of the assessment fee

The share

You earn 20% of the $1,500 assessment fee on every referral who buys. No caps, no tiers, no points.

$300Per referral · $1,500 fee

The dollars

20% of $1,500 is $300. Paid when the client pays — not when they sign.

$0Cost to your client

Your client's side

The $300 comes from us, never out of your client's pocket. And their $1,500 credits toward a bigger ProcessScout project signed within 30 days — so referring them costs them nothing extra.

Four referrals a year = $1,200 — before any project work you take on.

Launch pricing. Your exact terms are fixed in writing.

Who this is for

Three people this was built for.

You don't need spare time to earn from the demand you already see.

01 Advisors

Advisors and fractional executives. You're inside businesses and see the problems first. Refer the assessment, keep your seat, and take the build only if you want it.

02 Agencies

Agencies with a full plate. A client asks for automation help you can't fit in. Refer them instead of saying “later” — and stay the person who made it happen.

03 New members

Members building a track record. Referrals put your clients on the free software, create reports in your field, and build the record certification looks for.

The honest bits

The small print, in large print.

  • Paid when the client pays. The $300 follows their payment, not their signature. If they never pay, nothing is owed.
  • Fixed in writing. This is launch pricing — your exact terms are put in writing before your first payout.
  • A referral is a warm intro with consent. Your client knows you're introducing them and why. We won't work a lead who didn't agree to be one.
  • The guarantee protects your relationship. If the report can't show at least three findings with money attached, your client's $1,500 is refunded. They're covered — so your name is too.

Questions

Referral questions

Do I have to be a member to refer?

Yes. Referrals are for members only — you're vouching with your reputation, not a tracking link. Joining is free, and a human reads your application in 3–5 days. See if you qualify.

What if my client doesn't buy?

Then nothing is owed, and nothing happens to them — no follow-up emails, no spam, no retargeting. Their inbox stays clean.

Do I earn on bigger projects too?

The $300 applies to the $1,500 assessment. Terms for bigger ProcessScout projects are agreed in writing, per expert — we won't publish numbers we haven't proven we can honour.
