A human reads your application.
Every application is read by a person, not an algorithm. We're weighing how you think and the quality of work you've shipped — not follower counts, badges, or how polished the pitch is.
Vetting
A marketplace is only as honest as its weakest listing. So we don't have listings — we vet everyone. This page says what we check, what keeps you in, and what gets you removed.

Getting in
Four checks, in order, for everyone — including people we already know. No fast lane, nothing you can buy.
Every application is read by a person, not an algorithm. We're weighing how you think and the quality of work you've shipped — not follower counts, badges, or how polished the pitch is.
You walk us through real past work — what you built, why, and what happened after. Redacted where NDAs apply; we care about the work, not the client's name.
New members learn how ProcessScout reports are built: every claim traces to a source, confidence is labelled, and a human signs what ships.
Staying a member depends on delivering good work, not on how long you've been here. Getting vetted once is the way in, not a lifetime pass.
Level up
Four levels, each earned by delivering — never by paying. Most members do excellent work at level one and never need to climb.
You've passed vetting, you have the free software, and we introduce you when a client's report matches your skills.
Deliver live projects alongside ProcessScout's analysts — the fastest way to learn the method on real work.
Complete the training plus one reviewed project, checked end to end. First group forming

The rules
Vetting gets you in; ProcessScout's method keeps everyone honest after that. Every project on the software runs under the same four rules — for us and for you.
“If we can't trace a claim to a source, it doesn't ship.” Every finding in a client's report links back to the evidence that supports it.
Findings are labelled High, Medium or Low confidence — never a number that dresses a judgment up as a measurement.
Sarah, ProcessScout's intake assistant (an AI, not a person), collects the evidence — but a named human analyst makes the call and signs the report. We say which is which, always.
Uploads are timestamped and checked for tampering, so what the analyst reviewed is provably what the client provided.
Data handling
Client files live in ProcessScout's secured workspaces, and access is per job: you see only the parts of the client's business the client has approved for your introduction — never their whole workspace, and never other clients' material. No job, no access.
The same goes for you. What you send in your application is used only to review your application — never sold, shared, or added to a marketing list. For the platform's security details, see ProcessScout's security page.
Anything you've sent us — including a pending application — can be deleted on request via [email protected], per the privacy notice.
The other side of the bar
A short list, plainly worded, because a standard nobody enforces isn't a standard. These end membership:
We'll always tell you why, directly. Removal is rare by design — the vetting exists so this list almost never has to be used.
